Trained directly by Dr Sven Hansen, whose Resilience Institute has assessed over 100,000 people globally, Lauren combines her practical experience and academic rigour with a relaxed facilitation style to make scientific concepts simple and practical for your team. She holds a BSc and an LLB (Hons) from the University of Auckland.

Dr Sven Hansen
Dr Sven Hansen is a medical doctor with thirty years of experience in medicine and business. He began his career in special forces and sports medicine before dedicating himself to executive health, leadership development, and the science of human performance.
He works with leadership teams, whole organisations, and individuals, drawing on an evidence-based methodology that integrates neurobiology, behavioural science, and preventive medicine.
Sven is the architect of the Resilience Assessment used by hundreds of organisations and the author of Inside Out, Rhythm and a five part series. He is a sought-after speaker known for translating complex science into practical strategies leaders can use the same day.
