25 years of research

The methodology behind our work was developed by Dr Sven Hansen — a medical doctor, former special forces officer, founder of the Resilience Institute and pioneer in human performance.

Lauren trained directly under him. Together, they blend clinical depth and research with experience in high-pressure professional environments where situational agility is not negotiable.
